Do I need prior experience?
No! If you've never danced in heels before, check out our Intro. to Heels classes to get your journey started. This class caters to absolute beginners!
What should I wear?
Anything that makes you feel ConfiDant! You will need knee pads and preferably stiletto heels without platform.
Can I wear sneakers?
Although we encourage wearing heels for the authentic experience, sneakers are allowed especially for beginners!
Can men join the heels class?
Of course! Our classes are gender inclusive - we encourage absolutely anyone to join. CDC is big on cultivating a welcoming environment where each individual feels valued and welcome ♡

Membership Policies
Class Changes: Members can switch between classes within the same category, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Members are still required to register to classes they will be attending for data purposes.
Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be canceled with a 7-day notice. Refunds are not provided for unused classes in the current month.
Transfers: Memberships are non-transferable.
